Daily Standups
Engineering teams at XYZ meet daily to share designs, discuss issues and stay alignment. This active alignment and engagement process ensures that every detail of your system is reviewed and refined multiple times before released to build.
Interactive Concepting
All XYZ customers are invited to attend regular reviews where the engineering team presents the design for comment and discussion. This enables real-time collaboration between our team and yours, and ensures that no stone goes unturned.
Weekly Progress
Each customer is provided a weekly progress report, detailing the technical and project goals achieved during the week.
